Retirement homes for sale
Apartments to buy are available now at our latest development, The Chocolate Quarter. Apartments at our other sites are usually sold through our allocations process, however, the Trust is occasionally in the position of being able to offer a small number of retirement homes on a first-come, first-served basis outside of our usual allocations process. When this happens, those homes are displayed on this page.
All properties at Cote Lane, Westbury Fields, Sandford Station and Monica Wills House are subject to a monthly community fee. A reinstatement fee is payable when the property is returned to the Trust.
Properties at The Chocolate Quarter are subject to a monthly service charge. A surrender fee is payable when the property is returned to the Trust.
