Our allocations process is the method by which we allocate our lease purchase accommodation at Sandford Station, Westbury Fields, Cote Lane and Monica Wills House. The private rented properties at Cote Lane are also allocated using this process.
The process begins when you contact us to register your interest. You then have several options available depending on your current circumstances and you can choose to do one (or all) of the following:
Contact the Sales Team on 0117 949 4004 or email email@example.com and let us know you want to join the allocations process.
We will book you onto an Allocations Day and you will receive a questionnaire in the post to complete.
We will talk to you about your needs and the kind of property that’s right for you. You will meet the Retirement Community team, have a tour and meet some of our residents.
You will need to pay £500 to join the Allocations Shortlist, which will be deducted from your deposit when you reserve a property.
While you wait for a property that matches your needs to become available, you will receive regular invitations to events at the village.
This will help you get to know other residents and the on-site team.
We will review the Allocations Shortlist and invite those with the best match for the property to come for a viewing.
If you think the property is right for you, you can express an interest.
If there is more than one expression of interest the Retirement Community Manager and the Sales Manager will make a final decision about who will be offered the property.
You can now begin the process of moving.
Or... if you didn't get an offer this time, we will give you feedback and then contact you when other suitable properties become available.
We will keep in touch, but you won’t be specifically notified of vacancies.
You can choose when you want to join the Allocations Shortlist. We will add you to our allocations process as quickly as possible.
