New director of transformation and development appointed by the Trust
The St Monica Trust is pleased to confirm the appointment of Sara Naylor-Wild as its Director of Transformation and Development.
Taking up her new role on 4 July, Sara joined the St Monica Trust from the Accord Group where she was the Assistant Director of Health, Care and Support.
Sara has worked in senior management positions over the past seven years and prior to that was an Inspector for the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
Speaking about her appointment, Sara said:Â
I'm thrilled to be joining the St Monica Trust. The opportunity to join an organisation with such a good reputation for innovation and delivering high quality customer care, was compelling.
“The new five year strategic plan for how the Trust will continue to meet growing customer expectations is another exciting chapter for the organisation.
"It's a journey that the transformation and development team will be heavily involved in and I can't wait to be part of it.”
