During these times of uncertainty, it can be useful to take some time out to relax and reflect. We have brought together a collection of meditations that could help.
The current situation is difficult for everyone and we all find different ways of managing our worries and uncertainty around this. If you are trying to find ways of looking after yourself and keeping well then the meditation service “Headspace” are currently providing some free resources.
One of the founders of Headspace has produced these short videos about well-being and caring for yourself in a crisis.
It can be difficult to smile or be positive at the moment but this little animation entitled “Remember the Blue Sky” is a great pick me up.
