So happy for my mum to come into this care home. She seems so happy and relaxed and the staff are so friendly and care about their work. It's so reassuring Mum is safe and being looked after so well.

I have had 4 weeks here with splendid are in every way. My 1st week was on level 3 and 3 weeks on level 2. I had had 2 weeks in hospital with heart, diabetes type 2 and kidney problems due to inflammation on a leg wound. The care at Charterhouse suited my needs perfectly and I am now looking forward to going home. Thank you for all your tender loving care. The family are amazed at how well I was looked after.
