We provide nursing care, dementia nursing care, residential care, respite care, and end of life care.

We look after older people, people with dementia, and people with physical disabilities.

How many beds does the care home provide?

We provide 93 single rooms with ensuite wet rooms.

What’s the age range to be eligible for admission to the care home?

You must be 60+ to be eligible for admission to the care home.

When was the care home designed / built?

It was built and opened in 2017.

How safe and secure is the care home?

The main entrance and each unit entrance is fob access only and auto locks when the door is closed. Concierge on site through the night.

Do care homes cater to specific medical conditions, such as dementia?

Yes, we look after people with mild to advanced/complex dementia.

Are care plans personalised for each resident?

Yes, we provide personalised care that combines a range of options built around each individual’s needs.

Can residents bring their own furniture and belongings?

Yes, we welcome residents to bring their own furniture and belongings if they wish.

Are pets allowed in the care home?

Pets are welcome to visit, we just ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times.

What is the staff-to-resident ratio in the care home?

It depends on the unit but safe staffing levels is adhered to and monitored regularly.

How is medication managed in the care home?

We have 24/7 registered nurse on all nursing units and medication trained colleague to administer medication safely to our residents, it is stored and locked in secure lockable cabinets.

What happens if a resident's care needs change over time?

We regularly review each resident’s needs and adjust our care plans accordingly to provide personalised support.

Does the care home have a duty of care?

We have a duty of care to look after our residents and support them whilst residing in our care home.

Is the care home wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.

Does the care home have a lift?

Yes, a lift is available for easy access.

Does the care home provide parking?

Two hours free parking is available for visitors. Please follow the instructions on the signs and park in the correct coloured bays.
