Training for your workplace
We know that providing excellent experiences for your customers and residents starts with providing your teams with the highest-quality training. We want to have a positive impact in the care sector as a whole, which is why we offer our award-winning affordable training to health and social care providers across the south west of England.
Nationally recognised, we work with providers in a range of settings. These include domiciliary care, the learning disability sector, elderly care, palliative care and mental health services.
Your learning experience
As a learner you’ll benefit from working with assessors who are highly skilled in the delivery and management of care services. Drawing on a wide base of experience and expertise, they’ll share first hand knowledge of both theory and best practice. We provide support for all levels of qualifications, so you can gather the knowledge you need for each unit.
We have five training venues. Two in Westbury-on-Trym in North Bristol, one in Bedminster in South Bristol, one in Keynsham and one in Sandford in North Somerset. We understand the needs of residential and domiciliary care services and emphasise the importance of balancing work and achieving a qualification.
Courses and costs
We provide all the latest courses in health and social care training and we’ve provided some examples below. If you’d like a more extensive list of courses please get in touch. For external training we charge £475 for a full day, £375 for a half day and £200 for a short session.
We aim to keep our costs reasonable. Charges include the cost of registration with the Awarding Body, assessment, verification, support, resource materials and travel to your place of work when necessary. You may be able to claim back some cost of your qualification from the local employer partnership Care Learning.
