Extension

St Monica Trust is excited to share its plans to extend the accommodation and enhance its facilities at the existing Westbury Fields retirement village. The proposals relate to the redevelopment of the former DEFRA site (located between the existing Westbury Fields and the Bristol Free School). The plans include new extra-care accommodation and associated communal facilities, along with parking and landscape enhancements.

The Trust is developing plans for a new building that will become a focal point for residents of the retirement village and which will provide facilities that will be open to the public and of interest to people from the local neighbourhood.
