Why did you join St Monica Trust?

Because I liked it here when I was a student nurse.

What do you get up to on a typical day?

I give out the medication and manage the unit – both staffing and residents.

What is the best or most rewarding thing about your role?

Spending time with residents.

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?

Trying to get everything done.

The people are lovely, both the staff and the residents.

There are lots of opportunities to develop within the organisation.

What's been your biggest achievement?

Quite quickly becoming a Lead Nurse and being a mentor to student nurses.
