From the week commencing 16 May 2021, our home care service will be based at The Chocolate Quarter in Keynsham and will provide care and support for the residents of The Chocolate Quarter retirement village only.
Home care for residents of our other villages will continue to be provided by each village's care and support service in the usual way.

And because our carers are carefully selected and extensively trained, you often only need one person to help with a wide range of different support services. What’s more, we only need 24 hours’ notice if you’d like to add any extras, so you always get the care you need.
We know that arranging care quickly is important, which is why we do our utmost to make the process as easy as we can. With our fast track service, you can get an assessment within 24 hours, which can be provided over the phone or you can come and see us during office hours.
It’s easy to budget with our home care service. We keep our pricing simple and there are no hidden fees. This means there are no extra costs for travel or any other additions. Be it 30 minutes or several hours we make sure that you only pay for the time you need.
