We are sorry when things go wrong, and we want to hear from you if you are unhappy with us in anyway.

Most problems get resolved straight away, but we’ll keep you informed while we look into your concerns.

There are five stages of our complaints process:

  2. Formal complaint
  3. Further review
  4. Final St Monica Trust review
  5. External review
