Explore our stunning apartments with an immersive tour. We're here to guide you through the journey of finding your perfect living space, complete with a freshly ground coffee prepared and served by our excellent baristas, ensuring your tour ends on the perfect note.

Coming soon - Block D

The St Monica Trust is delighted to present plans for the final piece of the development at The Chocolate Quarter.

The Trust has been granted planning permission for the addition of 44 apartments to our blossoming community, to be built on the currently unused ground between the Somerdale Pavilion and the offices in Block C. Construction started in November 2023 and is due to finish in late 2025. RED Construction has been awarded the contract for building Block D.
