Innovation Director/Head of Innovation (depending on experience)
As we continue to pioneer new solutions in our sector, we are seeking a visionary Innovation Director/Head of Innovation to join our Executive Team and lead our innovation efforts in this ambitious new approach.
The Innovation Director/Head of Innovation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for championing innovation, fostering creativity, and driving delivery of our strategic ambitions across the Trust, our communities, and the wider sector.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and collaborating with executive colleagues, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative initiatives that enhance the quality of life of our residents and beneficiaries and realise our purpose, whilst also contributing to the organisation’s overall growth and sustainability.
You will lead the implementation of our new innovation methodology, which we are developing in partnership with a specialist innovation agency from Denmark. You will lead and manage innovative approaches to address business challenges as well as realising our wider vision. Working with teams across the Trust, you will work both in our sites and the wider community to embed innovation as we seek to deliver significant impact for older people in line with our purpose for communities where older people flourish.
