The Trust's Monica Wills House Retirement Village is a purpose-built environment with a variety of recreational facilities for residents to enjoy. The five storey building offers a choice of four seperate designs, each with its own front door and private balcony. Some of the flats on the higher floors have stunning views over the Bristol sky-line and beyond.
The apartments in Monica Wills House are designed to offer spacious sheltered accommodation in a safe and secure environment. Occupants may choose between one or two bedroom retirement flats which all have a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with level access shower.
The design of our retirement homes takes the needs of older people into account so that there is plenty of room for buggy parking and wheelchair access for those who need it. Electric gates control the entrance to the site, which offers added security for residents. There is also a guest room for use by visiting family and friends.
A dedicated team of care and support staff coordinate a range of services to meet the needs of each individual within the development. Those residents who require help play the central role in the design of their own care and support plan, therefore remaining independent and in control over their lives.

We have retirement homes for sale at our Monica Wills Retirement Village through our lease purchase scheme and there are also 50 retirement homes available to rent through Bristol City Council.
