Whether you need extra help around the home, companionship or specialised care we offer a flexible service tailored to your requirements. And if you want urgent support our team can respond quickly. Whatever your needs we’re here for you.
We know that arranging a care service is important to you, so we do our utmost to make the process as easy as we can. You can get an assessment within 24 hours with our fast track service. New office procedures mean we can now provide this over the phone or you can come and see us during office hours.
You can choose the hours that work for you. We’ll fit around your schedule and we only need 24 hours notice if you’d like to add any extra services to your care plan. As well as flexibility with hours, our carers are also flexible in the services they provide. For example the person that looks after your personal care can also provide companionship.
It’s easy to budget with our Care at Home service. We keep our pricing simple and there are no hidden fees. This means there are no extra costs for travel charges or any other additions. We also ensure you only pay for the time you need, whether that’s 30 minutes or 4 hours.
