The St. Monica Trust Community Support Scheme strives to make a real difference to the daily lives of people with a physical disability and/or long-term physical health problem. We do this by giving financial help to individuals to pay for the things they need, supporting them at times of crisis and funding the important work of organisations.
In 2004 we helped more than 1,000 individuals and 12 organisations through donations worth £540,000.
